Overview   

This project involves a comprehensive refurbishment of an office and warehouse facility, delivering a combination of internal upgrades and external building repairs. The project included essential repairs, energy performance improvements, and a new mechanical and electrical installation to bring the building up to modern standards. Overall, the facility was transformed into a more efficient, functional, and visually improved commercial space.
