This project transformed more than 16,800 sq ft of ageing industrial accommodation into a bright, modern commercial space. Completed over 12 weeks, the project combines
high-quality warehouse facilities with contemporary office accommodation and staff welfare areas, while achieving an EPC rating of B.

SCOPE OF WORKS: 

 – Roof covering repairs, including treatment of cut-edge corrosion.

 – Replacement of twin-skinned rooflights.

 – Relining of perimeter and valley gutters with thermoplastic liners.

 – Renewal of electrically powered goods delivery door.

 – Internal strip-out to base-build first-floor office and undercroft space.

 – Refurbishment and renewal of office finishes.
