• New Epoxy Resin Flooring: Installation of a durable, high-performance epoxy resin floor, improving longevity and ease of maintenance.
• Roller Shutter Door Installation: Replacement with a new, high-security roller shutter door to enhance access and security.
• Guttering and Roof Lights Upgrade: Installation of new guttering and replacement of roof lights to improve drainage and natural lighting within the facility.
• Internal and External Decorations: Comprehensive redecoration, including fresh internal and external paintwork, to enhance the visual appeal and protection of the structure.

Outcome:

The refurbishment successfully modernised the warehouse, improving functionality, safety, and aesthetics while ensuring compliance with current industry standards.
