Brewood Domestic Projects

This project involved a comprehensive transformation of a residential property located in the charming village of Brewood, South Staffordshire.

Preserving the character of the property in a conservation area required sensitive design approaches.

The aim was to modernise the property while preserving its rural character, blending contemporary functionality with the timeless aesthetics of its surroundings.

Collaborated with CBRE consultancy and Structural Engineers and local authorities to ensure compliance with South Staffordshire planning regulations.

Lancing upgraded the structural integrity of the building, Including walls and foundation works, infill of a redundant basement to a full roof replacement.

Introduced energy-efficient materials, such as insulated warm roofing, thermal insulated flooring and double-glazed windows, to improve sustainability.

The project successfully retained the essence of the Brewood community and completed to a high spec standard, offering its residents a home equipped for the future.
